Leonid is pastor of River of Life Church, a Russian language congregation in Dallas. He is also ministering to immigrants in the Dallas, Texas area through a ministry called Project: Start Resource Center.
Leonid immigrated from Ukraine with his parents during the1980's.
He and Leana eventually became ECC short term missionaries to Russia and we supported them in our Missions budget at that time.
In 2017 we at FCC resumed supporting them as they minister through their church, and through Project: Start. This is a ministry of helping new immigrants, building relationships, and sharing Christ through these relationships.
